Tata Technologies Reignite 2025: Empowering Women Engineers to Restart Their Careers | No Age Limit

Tata Technologies has launched Reignite 2025, an initiative to support women engineers returning to the workforce after a career break. This campaign, introduced on 13 February 2025, provides structured training, mentorship, and internship opportunities. Women engineering graduates who have taken a break of six months or more can apply until 24 February 2025.


Why Reignite 2025?

The Reignite 2025 programme addresses the difficulties women face when resuming their careers, such as evolving technology and skills gaps. The programme includes specialized training, mentorship, and hands-on projects to help women engineers restart their careers confidently.


Programme Structure: Three Key Stages

Stage 1: Explore – Orientation and Learning

Participants will join orientation sessions led by women experts. Topics include:

  • Modern digital engineering services
  • Tata Technologies’ journey and work culture
  • Skills for acing interviews

Outstanding performers from this stage will advance to Stage 2, while all participants receive a Certificate of Completion for the orientation programme.


Stage 2: Elevate – Advanced Training

This 6 to 8-week stage offers targeted training:

  • Soft skills enhancement
  • Technical knowledge upgrade
  • Project-based learning

Participants will take assessments, and top performers will progress to Stage 3. Others will receive a Certificate of Appreciation for completing the training.


Stage 3: Engage – Internship and Mentorship

Participants will engage in a one-month paid internship, guided by industry mentors. This phase includes:

  • One-on-one guidance from senior experts
  • Active involvement in real-world projects
  • Insightful professional development sessions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Women engineering graduates from India.
  • Minimum six months career break.
  • Willingness to attend the orientation at Pune (primary location) or Bangalore (based on team needs).

  • Internship Completion: 30 July 2025
