Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for ISRO Scientist Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the following:

• Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate or CGPA of 6.84/10.
• GATE Qualification: Valid GATE 2024 or GATE 2025 score in relevant discipline.
• Age Limit: Maximum age is 28 years as on 19 May 2025 (relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Govt. of India rules).

Selection Process

Shortlisting will be based on valid GATE scores. Selected candidates will be called for an interview, which carries 50% weightage along with GATE scores. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview are:

• General candidates: 60 marks out of 100
• PwBD candidates: 50 marks out of 100

Final merit list = 50% GATE Score + 50% Interview Marks

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- per month (Level 10 Pay Matrix)
• Allowances: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, and other central government benefits
• Facilities: Medical benefits, canteen, housing (subject to availability), LTC, Group Insurance, and Pension schemes
