Role: HR Onboarding Intern (Bangalore, Onsite)

As an Onboarding Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into Zeta’s work environment. Your role will involve coordinating onboarding activities, engaging new hires, and improving onboarding processes to create a positive first experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Onboarding Associate with day-to-day tasks.
Brainstorm and implement engaging onboarding activities for new hires.
Design and improve onboarding programs to enhance employee experience.
Ensure compliance by maintaining and updating HR trackers.
Resolve onboarding issues and support new employees in their transition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency of onboarding.

Who Can Apply?

Zeta is looking for candidates who are:

🎓 Pursuing or holding an MBA/Master’s in Human Resources or I/O Psychology.
🔹 Have 0-6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding.
🔹 Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Detail-oriented with excellent research and multitasking abilities.
🔹 Skilled in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
