The newly established Mind Lab at IIT Delhi is inviting applications for a creative and driven intern to manage visual communications and social media. You’ll be working on real-time projects and helping the lab build its digital identity.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design promotional materials like flyers, posters, and banners for events and workshops.
• Create infographics, presentations, and visual content to simplify complex ideas.
• Follow Mind Lab’s branding guidelines to maintain visual consistency.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement a content strategy for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and updates regularly.
• Monitor engagement metrics and tweak content to boost reach.
• Engage with the online community through comments and messages.

Content Creation

• Brainstorm creative ideas with the Mind Lab team.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Write clear and catchy captions and descriptions for posts.

Who Can Apply?

You’re the right fit if you have:

• Experience in graphic design with a portfolio of flyers, posters, or digital content.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Experience in handling brand pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• A good understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Great communication and writing skills.
