Eligibility Criteria for Wipro TURBO Hiring Program
🔹 Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
🔹 Eligible Streams: Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Circuital
🔹 Year of Graduation: 2025
🔹 Academic Requirements:
✔ 60% in 10th and 12th standards
✔ 6.0 CGPA or 60% in graduation
✔ Maximum one backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must be cleared before 8th semester).
✔ A gap of up to 3 years in education is allowed between 10th and graduation commencement.
✔ No gaps allowed during the graduation period (B.E/B.Tech should be completed within 4 years).
✔ Distance/Part-time graduation is NOT allowed.
Job Role & Compensation
🔹 Designation: Project Engineer
🔹 CTC: ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus
🔹 Service Agreement: 12 months at ₹75,000 (pro-rata basis)

Selection Process: 7-Step Journey to Success
Step 1: Registration

Step 2: Online Assessment
The test consists of:
