About the Role: Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Blink Health, you will:

Build World-Class Products: Take ownership of complex problems, design strategic solutions, and execute projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product managers, data scientists, and marketers to enhance the company’s core platform and create exceptional customer experiences.
Focus Areas: Your role may involve working on the telemedicine platform, home delivery experience, growth team, pharmacy platform, or new product line development.

Key Responsibilities

Design new APIs for innovative features.
Debug production issues and fix performance bottlenecks.
Perform peer code and architecture reviews.
Develop and release new features to production, backed by robust unit testing.
Enhance user experience by creating and A/B testing ReactJS components.

What Blink Health Looks for in Candidates

Required Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role.
Proficiency with tools such as AWS, Python, JavaScript, MySQL/Postgres, and Linux.
A strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies.
A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field; an MBA or Computer Science degree is preferred but not mandatory.
