Role & Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Tower Research Capital, you will:

Develop Post-Trade Platform tools, including trade capture, reference data management, P&L, reconciliation, and compliance.
Collaborate with different teams to create scalable and high-performance software solutions.
Work on regulatory reporting, treasury, and finance accounting systems to improve efficiency.
Innovate and optimize middle-office and back-office functions using modern technology.

Who Can Apply?

Tower Research Capital is looking for candidates with :

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top university.
0-3 years of experience in software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Python, Java, shell scripting, and Linux systems.
Experience with SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) databases is a plus.
Understanding of financial instruments like equities, futures, options, and forex is desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English.
