🛠️ What You Will Do as a Graduate Engineer Trainee:

1️⃣ Product Design & Development:

• Project Definition: Assist senior engineers in conducting DFMEA, FEA, and Tolerance Analysis for new product designs.
• Detailed Design: Create product models and drawings using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) techniques, ensuring precision and functionality.

2️⃣ Design Verification & Product Validation:

• Validation Plans: Develop test plans (DVP&R) to validate product performance and analyze results using statistical methods.
• Problem Solving: Support root cause analysis with structured problem-solving techniques like 8D methodology.

3️⃣ Collaboration & Teamwork:
