Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate Contractor, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and on time using DuPont’s order management system.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, supply chain, and shipping teams to track and fulfill orders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate order records and related documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Com/BBA graduates with a specialization in International Business or Foreign Trade (2023/2024 batches only).
- Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management.
